Aloft Dalian Hotel

All the staffs were incredibly nice and honest. It offered us marvellous and lovely location next to the centre of the city and zhongshan square, clean and comfortable and taxi.

The service here is great, with a comfortable and stylish room providing a good night's sleep and a convenient location near Zhongshan Square with clean and cozy nearby dining options.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with helpful staff, has magnificent location in the city center. The venue provided an excellent customer service during our business trip. Pool area is nice, liked this place.

The well-maintained rooms at Aloft Dalian have huge windows that offer great views. Located just off Zhongshan square, the hotel is in the center of Dalian. Overall, I had a fairly nice stay with both International and Chinese breakfast options available.

The staff here was friendly and always ready to assist, plus the hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city on Luxun Road.

We were given a comfortable room with fantastic views and a spacious desk facing large windows.

Comfy beds and great breakfast. The hotel also had a central location and a gym for guests to use. Being close to many popular areas in the city made it easy getting around. The breakfast selection had both Chinese and international food options which catered to everyone.

Staff was unhelpful with basic requests. When we needed to print boarding passes, they didn't want to assist. Additionally, the pool was too cold to use and the changing rooms were dirty. There was no airport shuttle and staff would not help us find transportation. while the beds and breakfast were positive, the lack of assistance and amenities left us with a negative experience.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers luxurious amenities that left me feeling pampered and truly relaxed. My room was spacious and well-appointed with exclusive furnishings and technology. I enjoyed indulging in the spa & wellness center, while unwinding in the indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The hotel staff could have been more attentive and responsive to my needs. On a few occasions, it was difficult to find assistance in the leisure/TV room, as well as the bar and snack bar.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, good cleaning service, good wifi, English-speaking staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

aloft dalian exceeded my expectations during this city break in dalian. excellent location, comfortable room, and discreet cleaning service, along with good wifi, made for a perfect business trip. staff with english-speaking skills and a nifty on-site atm were also notable.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Dalian, we were really surprised by the artistic and colorful design of the lobby, corridors, and room. The facilities were excellent, and the room was comfortable despite some issues with space utilization. We also enjoyed playing billiards in the lobby and the convenience of having a swimming pool on the premises. The large terrace with purple flowers provided a lovely setting for breakfast, although we were disappointed that fresh brewed coffee was not complimentary. The staff from Housekeeping was responsive and efficient in addressing our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the center of the city on Luxun Road, and super close to Zhongshan square and major shopping malls. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the room was comfortable with a much softer bed than the average in China. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice pool and a movie theater on the fourth floor. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful, with many of them able to communicate in English.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, as it is near to everything and even has easy access to the subway. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were generally very friendly.
